There will come a time when most of these kids may not
need toys or games for a season. At this point, we can
move to Clothings or Nutrition. I don't really need show
another example, you should get the point.
What I am trying show here, is that, let's work together to
take care of our own.
We will be better off, that is, more successful.
will have to notify P_a
about the seasons of jars collections, so that
kids under 10
can get his/her toys and games during that season.
There are four seasons per year, EASTER, SUMMER, BACK TO SCHOOL and X-MAS
will have to notify members of the cookrit department about jars pickup.
Since Br_j and A_a2
are the overseers of the cookrit department, they will make sure that
all other cookrit department members called ALL jars owners about his/her jar.
J_a and A_a1
will ask and collect the wishlist and submit it to P_a
, and to L
B_r1 will bring charges to the Locus, Kowha, Shamarak Departments for payments to the
cookrit department, after jars are submitted by the respected Jar Owner.
P_a will collect these payments and buy toys and games for kids under 10.
P_a will be in charge of the Cookrit tree department. She will get help throughout
the year with the Jars by the TYG Members. She will report
all the changes to the Department during the month of March.
The TYG Members will call all Jar owners during the jar owner's birth month, as kindly reminder.
These Loose Change Jars will use to buy toys and games, four seasons per year.
TYG Members will help with the ordering and purchasing of the toys and games for
KIDS UNDER 10.
TYG Members will purchase and mail all toys and games to all beneficiaries.
We must minimize all mailing cost, that is, we can transfer money to other
family account to use for that family child's toys and games.
All wish list members must have his/her correct date of birth and address
to make things easier for all of us. All new born or expecting will be added
to the registry and the wishlist for kids under 10.
In this way, we all will know and play our role.
The Saaim Department members will also play a role for new parent(s).
We will buy mostly toys and games until anyone of the kids under 10 doesn't need
toys and games for that the season, then he/she will go to the clothing area.
We will begin to buy clothing/uniforms for kids under 10.
This program will cover all kids under 10 under this FAMILY TREE.
